Royal Caribbean Group named a 2020 Best Places to Work for Disability Inclusion

Royal Caribbean Group was named one of the “2020 Best Places to Work for Disability Inclusion” by Disability:IN® and American Association of People with Disabilities (AAPD), after achieving a top score of 100% on its Disability Equality Index® (DEI®).

An industry leader in providing cruise vacations for people with disabilities, The Group offers a wide variety of accessible products and services designed to meet the needs of guests with mobility, hearing, visual, neurodiversity and other disabilities on all three global brands — Royal Caribbean International, Celebrity Cruises and Azamara.

Hear us ROAR! The Group’s employee-led Royal Organization for Abilities Resources (ROAR) helps those with disabilities thrive.

The Group recently launched a program to improve supplier relationships with disability owned, veteran-disability owned and service-disabled veteran-owned business enterprises. In addition, more than 20 employees are dedicated to the disability market, staffing pre-cruise support service centers that provide guests and travel advisors assistance in planning accessible cruise vacations and shore excursions.
