In March, we launched RCL CARES, a program to help our travel partners navigate the sometimes confusing waters of the U.S. CARES Act, which was set up to provide financial assistance to U.S. businesses.

To help our employees, we have the Employee Edition of RCL CARES. Through RCL CARES, we will provide financial assistance to team members — ship and shore — who have been affected by our temporary workforce changes. Those who, due to COVID-19, have suffered a death or hospitalization or are in immediate risk of losing their home can apply for help. We have expedited the approval process and will ensure they receive financial assistance quickly.
This aid is in addition to our Employee Assistance Program, which provides free and confidential counseling services to support financial, legal, relationship, stress, anxiety and emotional well-being. The Employee Assistance Program is available 24/7 in local languages via phone, email and webchat to all employees, crew and their families worldwide.
