Empire Supper Club onboard Icon of the Seas

Step into the swanky Empire Supper Club, where dining's not just about food – it's an event. This intimate spot takes diners on a multi-course journey, mixing up classic American fare like oysters Rockefeller and modern treats like Wagyu ribeye with fresh truffle. Each dish is paired with jazzy tunes and perfect cocktails. Talk about a night to remember!

  • Crispy oysters Rockefeller with chorizo Béarnaise, paired with Moët & Chandon Impérial Brut.

It’s dinner and a show as bandits hop onboard to get a taste of the mouthwatering bites. With melt-in-your-mouth short ribs and uniquely creative desserts, it’s an incredible dining experience.

  • Fart & Dart Baked Beans: Pulled pork with a smokey bean medley, crispy pancetta and Cajun rye loaf.
  • Baked River Trout: Smoked trout with cider butter, braised potatoes and baby root veggies.

Dinner menus change bi-weekly, featuring a rotating selection of dishes based on seasonal ingredients and the ship's itinerary. S.A.L.T. Kitchen serves up daily changing menus inspired by the destinations the ships explore. From the Greek Isles to South America, every dish tells a story. Dive into flavors of the Caribbean or Atlantic Europe, all made with locally sourced ingredients.

  • Crab Timbale: Crab meat with lemon mayo, green apple jelly and pickled cucumber.
  • Asparagus, Leek and Smoked Cheddar Tart: Green veggies with smoked Tintagel Cheddar, potato salad, baby spinach and watercress pesto.
