As Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer for Royal Caribbean Group, Naftali Holtz
oversees the company’s financial planning and analysis, corporate
strategy, treasury, corporate tax, investor relations, investments,
internal audit, accounting, risk management and supply chain.
Royal
Caribbean Group’s three industry-leading brands include Royal Caribbean
International, Celebrity Cruises, and Silversea Cruises; as well as the
joint ventures in TUI Cruises and Hapag-Lloyd Cruises, of which the
company is a 50% owner. Propelled by nearly 100,000 employees from more
than 130 countries, the Group’s fleet of 71 ships sails to all seven
continents.
In his previous role with the company, Naftali was
Senior Vice President of Finance, responsible for financial planning and
analysis, risk management, and treasury.
Before joining Royal
Caribbean Group in 2019, Holtz was a managing director and the head of
lodging and leisure investment banking at Goldman Sachs. Prior to that,
he served as an officer in the Israeli Air Force.
Naftali
earned a Bachelor of Science in computer science and economics from Tel
Aviv University and a Master of Business Administration from the
University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
