The second largest office after Royal Caribbean Group’s headquarters in Miami, the Manilla office plays a key role in delivering the best vacation experiences responsibly to guests every day. And it was high time for the office to get a revamp.  

Introducing Royal Caribbean Group’s new and improved Global Business Services Manila office. GBS Manila, located at the iconic One Ayala East Tower was transformed to help support the dreaming and innovation of Royal Caribbean Group’s team members. The newly expanded space opened in October 2023 and is essential to the collaboration of the 68 teams based in Manila. This collaboration allows Royal Caribbean Group employees the opportunity to bring ideas to life in a place that fosters this creativity.  

GBS Manila is home to more than 2,000 team members and is expected to grow 25% by the end of 2024.
